Chief Dave Parmley, current CSFCA President administers Oath of Office to Chief Chris Riley (Pueblo) and Deputy Chief Steve Pischke (Mountain View) who were elected President and Vice-President, respectively.  Chief Riley and Chief Pischke assume their duties on January 1, 2009.
