The Company Officer Leadership Symposium – Level 2 offers
education and networking that no other conference offers.
You will learn from the leaders in the fire service. You
will also have the opportunity to connect with both company
and chief officers from around the country and share ideas
and solutions which can improve our daily operations.
Plan ahead and complete the entire Company Officer
Leadership Symposium in a calendar year . . . take COLS
Level 2 at the Fire Leadership Challenge (FLC) in Keystone,
Colorado in November; take COLS Level 1 at Fire Rescue
International in Denver in 2012; and take COLS Level 3 at
the Fire Leadership Challenge (FLC) in 2012.*
* Please note that IAFC rules require that at least one
level of the Company Officer Leadership Program be taken at
Fire Rescue International in order to receive the IAFC’s
certification of completion. It is not required that these
levels be taken in order. |
