About 30 individuals attended the Combination Chiefs Meeting meeting in Glenwood Springs.  Chiefs Parmley and Piper presented a panel of Chief Officers that have been successful in managing Combination Departments.  Besides Chiefs Parmley and Piper, the panel included Chief John Bales of Golden and Chief Mike Morgan of Rifle.
