Surplus Ambulances

The Upper Pine River Fire Protection District Board of Directors has declared the following vehicles as surplus and for sale to the highest bidder;

One 2005 McCoy-Miller Type 1 Ambulance on a GMC 3500 Chassis. Unit has a 3500 Diesel engine, Allison Automatic transmission and 30181 mileage

One 1999 McCoy-Miller Type 1 Ambulance on a GMC 3500 Chassis.  Unit has a 3500 Diesel Engine, Allison Automatic transmission and 19,790 mileage

One 1994 Wheeled Coach Type 1 Ambulance on a GMC 3500 Chassis. Unit has a 454 Gas engine, GM Automatic transmission and 116,641 mileage

The 2005 and 1999 are currently in front line service and being replaced by larger units.    The 1994 is a reserve unit.   Units are available for inspection in the Bayfield Colorado area upon request.

Minimum Bid;

2005 Ambulance                  $72,500

1999 Ambulance                  $15,000

1994 Ambulance                  $5,000

The Upper Pine River Fire Protection District will accept bids for the units until 5:00PM, 11 April, 2008.  The units will be sold “as is” “where is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
